Foundation News 2024

Spring is a bustling and exciting time at the Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton and Carroll Counties! The past year has brought many new faces and new opportunities to the Foundation, and we are privileged to continuously adapt and serve our communities in new ways. If you have followed along with the Community Foundation’s online presence, you surely have noticed some new features and activity. In April, we officially launched our entirely remodeled website, and we strive to find new ways of engaging with you through our social media platforms each and every week.

Each staff division here at the Foundation, from grants and scholarships to marketing and community outreach to finance, continues to dedicate their time and stewardship toward each of our three counties. And since January of this year, the Foundation has created two new positions to even further increase our capacity to serve! Our Scholarships Officer, Bethany Davis, oversees all things scholarship-related for each county, and our Communications Officer, Skylar Shaw, assists with coordinating all the marketing materials that you may see online or sprinkled throughout your community.

We also welcomed President Todd Moser last summer as he transitioned from his role of Executive Vice President after former President Greg Aaron’s retirement. If you have not yet had the opportunity to meet Todd, please don’t hesitate to stop by the Foundation here in downtown Kokomo! Our staff is highly motivated and excited by all the new ideas and opportunities at the Foundation, and we are thrilled to share with you what we have been up to.

Follow the links and videos below to learn more about who we are, and how YOU can make an impact for YOUR community by giving to the Community Foundation.
