Lynn Malzone Ierardi, JD is Vice President of Real Estate Gifts with Charitable Solutions, LLC, and a nationally recognized expert in gifts of non-cash assets and planned giving. A former trusts and estates and real estate attorney, she also served as a strategic advisor with the Merrill Lynch Center for Philanthropy and has built successful giving programs at institutions including NYU Langone Health, Penn Medicine, and the American Heart Association. She is a past Board Chair of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and author of Storytelling: The Secret Sauce of Fundraising Success.
