Tributes and Memorials in their Honor

Every year, donors make gifts to one of the funds at the Carroll County Community Foundation to honor the memory of a loved one, or to honor birthdays, anniversaries, or the life and work of someone who has meant a lot to them, while that person is still alive. The Book of Memory is our online tribute to these donors.
